Dry Shampoo Smackdown

I was fortunate enough to be born with silky, glossy locks.

Unfortunately the silkiness/glossiness is a side effect of VERY oily hair!

Several years ago, I started washing my hair every other day so that my dye job would last longer. I stopped colouring my hair about two years ago but have kept this practice up as a time saver and to decrease the amount of heat I apply to my hair.  The downside of washing my hair every other day is that that my "second day hair" is limp, greasy, and slightly smelly. Not exactly the look I'm aiming for...

So I started the hunt for a miracle dry shampoo (for those of you who don't know what dry shampoo is, it's, as its name suggests, a shampoo you apply to dry hair.). Did I find the miracle dry shampoo I was looking for? Not exactly, but I did find one that stopped me from looking (and smelling) like a  total grease monkey!
