Product Review: Urban Decay's All Nighter

I was on a bit of shopping spree in Sephora a few weeks ago and decided to give this product a try. It's a spray that is supposed to set your makeup and make it last longer...here is the description on the bottle:

"This  groundbreaking formula mists on, ensuring makeup that won't budge for 16 hours.  Color dispersing technology keeps makeup even so it always looks just-applied.  Weightless but powerful, All Nighter resists moisture and even has a techy cooling ingredient that makes skin look and feel fresh all night long!"

After applying your makeup, you mist your face 2-4 times and let it work its magic!

I gave it the ultimate test and sprayed it on my face and my two girlfriends' faces before we went out dancing for the night. The result: It works!! It kept the makeup from slipping and sliding the whole night. One of my girlfriends even slept with her makeup on and the next morning her makeup was still in decent shape!

I noticed when I washed my face at the end of the night, the spray left a gummy coating all over my face, but as long as you take care to thoroughly wash your face, I don't think this is a downside.

Aside from using it for a night of crazy dancing,  I think this product would be great for weddings, photo shoots, and any other special event where you want your makeup to last all night long!

Here are  a few before and after shots of my make-up and, besides the lipstick, the makeup is still pretty intact. In case you are curious, my make-up is a Kandee Johnson look which you can check out here: Smokey Purple Eyes
